With over three decades at the intersection of Germany and India, Iris founded Let’s Bridge IT in 2000 as a trusted platform for long-term collaboration.
In 2017, she was appointed by State Minister Winfried Kretschmann as official Representative of Baden-Württemberg in Maharashtra.
For more than a decade, LBIT carried institutional responsibility in Maharashtra. When the state office later relocated to Mumbai, Iris chose to remain anchored in Pune – continuing to build cooperation from within the ecosystem she has served for 25+ years.
LBIT 2.0 preserves this continuity – while expanding its reach. This continuity remains the foundation of LBIT 2.0.

With over 35 years of global executive leadership across Europe and Asia, Sanjeebit joins LBIT 2.0 to strengthen on-ground execution and growth architecture.
