Since More Than 25 Years

Founded 200 as start-up Let’s bridge IT (LBIT) has specialised in initiating and supporting Indo-German collaboration. Founded by Iris Becker, M.A. in Freiburg im Breisgau, Let’s bridge IT, with intuition, joy and excitement for India, focuses on bringing German and Indian companies, associations and clusters together. With the opening of the Indian branch in 2007, LBIT reacted with great anticipation not only to the demands of the IT sector but as well to the existing shortage of highly specialised IT experts.

Today, Let’s bridge IT is specialized in supporting German companies in their market entry into India, as well as assisting Indian companies on their path to Germany and Europe. This includes organizing delegations, expert visits, exhibition visits and successfully supporting initiatives in international talent recruitment. In addition, location marketing on behalf of German Universities in India has been one of our core competencies for many years.

From 2013 to 2023, Let’s bridge IT represented the city of Karlsruhe in Pune.

For 8 years, Let’s bridge IT has been appointed to set up and manage the cooperation office of the state of Baden-Württemberg in Maharashtra.
Since 2018 Let’s bridge IT heads the contact office of German Universities in Pune with the goal to attract more Indian students for their Bachelor and Master programs.

With our partners and customers in Germany, we work closely, in direct contact and good rapport. The regular exchange and the proactive cooperation contribute significantly to the optimal networking of the versatile activities, collaborations and initiatives between India and Germany.

Let’s bridge IT is an owner-led boutique consulting firm, exclusively focused on the Indo-German business and cultural corridor. For more than 25 years, we have been supporting companies, ministries, institutions and universities in market entry, IT cooperation, talent mobility and bilateral partnerships – personally, responsibly and with long-term commitment.

What sets us apart is our approach: we do not advise selectively or from a distance. Let’s bridge IT takes responsibility for the entire journey. We remain operationally involved – from strategic positioning to on-the-ground execution and long-term integration into day-to-day operations. We do not work with rotating project teams, but with personal continuity and clear ownership.
