The Service Desk is the central point of contact in Pune for all initiatives related to recruiting skilled professionals and apprentices from India. Supported by a carefully selected partner network, we are available for all inquiries regarding vocational training and skilled workforce recruitment.
We have extensive hands-on experience in building seamless processes with ministries, associations, chambers of commerce, and recruitment agencies. This expertise is made available not only to companies, but also to policy makers and governments.
We do not recruit ourselves – and that is precisely our strength.
Our role is to structure, coordinate, and closely support the entire process – for companies as well as for Indian skilled professionals. This includes recruitment support, language and intercultural preparation in India, visa processes, and all onboarding and integration steps in Germany.
